International Outreach Ministries Inc. has been in operation since 2000. The activities have included:
Weekly homeless feeding program
Emergency shelter for the homeless
Summer enrichment program
Prison outreach program
After school tutorial programs
Nursing home ministry
Community outreach ministry
International child sponsorship
International church adoption
Foreign aid including medical supplies and educational materials

Various workshops have been made available to the adults in the community. This has included, financial literacy workshops, credit counseling , and HIV/AIDS workshops.

With the success of these programs, the organization incorporated in January 2001, and received its 501©3 exemption in July 2002.

The purpose of the International Outreach Ministries Inc., is two-fold:

i. To conduct prevention activities that will promote the educational development and well being of underprivileged families.

ii. To foster social change for disadvantaged persons living within targeted areas.
Accomplishing the purpose: In the past all activities have been funded through donations and contributions of individuals and one of our partner churches. However, with the growth of the programs, we are needing to secure other sources of funding. We have applied for funding from organizations such as, HCA Foundation, Memorial Foundation, United Way and International Rescue committee
We have dedicated volunteers that have been instrumental to the existing progress of our vision. We also have a dedicated staff that runs the operation
